Jenifer M. Harris is a former Circuit Judge for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit with decades of experience in law, education, and conflict resolution.
Years in the courtroom required thoughtful decision-making under pressure. Mediation offers something different: the opportunity for people to be heard, participate meaningfully, and work toward practical solutions together.

For more complex matters requiring extended negotiation or hearing time.
